About Us

Rachel and Roland crossed paths in the Landscape Architecture program while in college. In 2006, they moved to the Olympia area where they have since built up a portfolio of experience ranging from residential design/build, commercial, institutional to park design.

After accumulating 25+ years of combined experience, Rachel and Roland made a decision to establish their own company. They founded Madrona Grove Design, a company that prioritizes top-quality designs while meticulously overseeing the implementation process to ensure clients can enjoy their product for years to come.
